Cheese Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. prepared mustard (regular or Dijon)
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Remove leaves and trim base of medium head of cauliflower. Wash; precook whole in boiling water 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain. Break into flowerets; place in ungreased shallow baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and Cheddar cheese and put on top of cauliflower.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serves 4 to 5 people.
