Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1 large egg, beaten
1 c. undiluted cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. dry pkg. stuffing
1/8 c. finely chopped onion and cucumber
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Flake salmon.
Add egg and soup.
Mix and add chopped onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and stuffing.
Place in lightly greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
