Creamy Southern Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh white or yellow corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. bacon grease
Preparation
    Heat bacon grease in frying pan over medium heat.
    When its hot, add corn and lower heat.
    Stir in flour, sugar, milk and water.
    Mix well and cook gently until nice and tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    You may need to add a touch more milk if too dry.
    Delicious!
