Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples (2), unpeeled

Preparation

Cream together first four ingredients.
Mix together next four ingredients and add to first mixture.
Fold in coconut, pecans and apples.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 300\u00b0 in pan with hole in center (angel food pan).
