Raczhal(Hungarian Fish Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 large onion
    3 tomatoes
    3 green peppers
    1/3 pkg. bacon
    2 lb. whitefish fillets
    1 lb. sour cream
    2 oz. paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slowly mix paprika and sour cream. Refrigerate.
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick and lay in buttered Pyrex baking dish. Cut bacon in squares and put over potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Add layer of sliced onion, salt and pepper.
    Bake 15 minutes. Add sliced tomatoes, sliced green peppers, salt and pepper.
    Bake 30 minutes. Add fillets of fish, salt and pepper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Spread paprika sauce over fish. Bake 1 to 2 minutes.
