Pancake Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in round 8-inch pan in oven while it is preheating.
    Combine other ingredients and beat well with a mixer. Pour into pan with melted butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm with syrup.
