Top Of Stove Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 c. chopped, cooked broccoli or 1 c. cooked peas
    2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large, deep heavy skillet.
    Layer the next 6 ingredients.
    Cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Pour beaten eggs over all. Cover and cook 15 minutes more.
    Top with shredded cheese and cover for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
