Golden Parmesan Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into chunks.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Moisten potatoes in water.
    Shake potatoes in flour mixture and place in single layer in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Turn after 30 minutes with spatula.
