Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice (instant)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    handful of raisins
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a casserole dish.
    Add rice to two cups of boiling water and set aside.
    Beat egg slightly; stir in sugar, vanilla, milk and raisins and add rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
