Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green mango peppers
    12 red mango peppers
    12 onions
    boiling water
    3 c. vinegar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions in blender.
    Cover ground peppers and onion in boiling water mixed with salt.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Drain water.
    Add sugar and vinegar to cover vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pack in jars while hot and seal.
