Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 cut fryer
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of greased baking dish; lay pieces of fryer on rice and sprinkle with soup mix.
    Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours; cover with foil for first part.
