Pat-A-Pie Oil Pastry(Heartwise) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate, sift together flour, sugar and salt.
With fork, whip together salad oil and milk; pour over flour mixture.
Mix with fork until all flour is dampened.
Reserve about 1/3 of dough for top \"crust.\"
Press remaining dough evenly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
Fill with fruit filling.
For top \"crust\" crumble reserved dough.
Sprinkle over filling.
Bake as directed in fruit pie recipe.
