Mary'S Yummy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 medium onion, minced
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Follow package directions to prepare cooked rice, adding chicken bouillon cubes to water.
    Saute minced onion in butter until onion is soft and golden.
    Remove from heat and stir in parsley and oregano.
    Add cooked rice and mix gently over warm heat.
    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan or Romano cheese (grated) and mix in.
