Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Put into greased 9 x 9-inch dish (2-quart) with macaroni.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs for the last 5 minutes, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
