Barbecue Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pared Idaho potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Line baking sheet with foil.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine potatoes, oil, tomato paste, vinegar, chili powder and salt.
Toss well to thoroughly coat.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
