Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. flour
Preparation

Grate carrots; set aside.
Mix other ingredients; then add carrots.
Blend well, pour in greased cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
