Rhubarb Sauce For Ham Or Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. orange peel
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard cinnamon stick.
    Use over meat.
