Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender. Add salt, black pepper and butter.
    Make a thickening of flour with 1/2 cup milk. Pour into potatoes.
    Stir.
    Add milk until it is as thick or thin as desired. Simmer 10 to 20 minutes.
    Enjoy with cornbread!
