Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 minced cloves garlic
Preparation
    Heat together the soy sauce, chicken broth, sugar, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger and garlic.
    Pour over chicken.
    Marinate overnight in fridge.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 3 hours; turn several times until liquid is gone.
