Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw apples (unpeeled), grated
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in order given.
    Sift together next 4 ingredients; add to first.
    Fold in the apples, pecans and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover warm cake with following glaze.
