Chicken Polynesian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small chicken quarters
2/3 c. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. dried oregano
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Marinate 4 to 5 hours, turning and basting chicken several times.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in marinade for 20 minutes (skin side down).
Turn chicken (skin side up) and bake additional 20 minutes.
Baste with marinade while baking.
Serve hot.
