Brown Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 to 4 large apples
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Prepare apples in large bowl.
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and nutmeg.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Pour in pie shell and drizzle with lemon juice.
    Combine remaining flour and sugar.
    Cut in butter.
    Sprinkle over apples to cover the top. Put in heavy bag.
    Fold end.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
