Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. Ricotta or cream cheese
    1 jar tomato sauce
    bread crumbs
    eggs
    oil
    2 medium to large eggplants
Preparation
    Slice the eggplants into 1/4-inch slices.
    Peel the eggplants (optional) first, dip eggplant into eggs and then cover them with bread crumbs and put it into a pan of hot oil.
    When the eggplant is golden brown, put 1 layer into a casserole dish.
    Add Ricotta or cream cheese to taste; add tomato sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Keep adding layers until the dish is full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
