Cucumber Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1 tsp. chives, minced
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1/2 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except cucumber in bowl, blend well with whisk.
    Fold in cucumber, stirring to combine and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
