Microwave 100% Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 100% bran
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. low-fat margarine
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. chopped apples and seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix bran and milk; let stand 5 minutes.
    Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
    Mix margarine and Egg Beaters into bran mixture.
    Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
    Stir in apples and raisins.
    Fill 6 microwavable muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Cook on High (100% power) 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, rotating pan after 1 minute.
