Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
11 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 tsp. chopped onion
6 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped pimentos
2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of Tabasco
dash of salt
chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, Cheddar, onion, green pepper, pimentos, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco.
Roll in ball; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Take out of refrigerator.
Roll in pecans.
