Spanish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 box yellow rice
    1 can green peas, drained
    1 tall can tomatoes, mashed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil the hen until tender, take meat off the bones and save the broth.
    Place remaining ingredients in a large pan or dish and mix.
    Place the chicken on mixture and cover with broth.
    Add hot water, if needed.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
