Chicken And Noodles Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 c. cooked chicken
    6 oz. egg noodles
Preparation
    in a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cook mushrooms and carrots until tender and liquid is evaporated.
    Stir in half and half, remaining butter, peas and nutmeg.
    Heat to simmering. Gradually stir in cheese. Add chicken.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Toss hot noodles with chicken mixture.
