Ham-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 or 16 oz) cans sliced potatoes drained or 4 cups sliced, cooked potatoes
    2 medium carrots, shredded (1 cup)
    1 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
    1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    1/2+ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    salt (seasoned) and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 the potatoes and 1/2 the carrots in a 2 quart casserole.
    Stir together soup, 1/2 cheese, milk, instant, salt and pepper and ham.
    Pour 1/2 over potatoes and carrots.
    Repeat layers.
