Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Meat butter in saucepan.
    Saute onion in hot butter for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add potatoes, hot water, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add evaporated milk.
    Heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
