Healthy Choice Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. Crab meat
2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine sour cream, mayo, softened cream cheese, and seasonings. Stir in shredded cheese and crabmeat.
Cover and chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with fat-free crackers.
