Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in water.
    In a large bowl, add melted oleo to sugar.
    Add beaten egg and dissolved yeast mixture.
    Add flour and stir thoroughly to mix.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until well browned. Yield: 2 dozen rolls.
