Easy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place meat in casserole.
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    After 20 minutes, stir ingredients.
    Cover again and continue cooking until meat is fork-tender.
