Quick Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 (46 oz.) can vegetable juice
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    To microwave ground beef, crumble into a microwave-safe colander.
    Place colander in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once.
