Fiery Drumsticks - cooking recipe

1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. hot sauce
4 chicken drumsticks, skinned
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine yogurt and hot sauce in a shallow dish.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Arrange in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until chicken is done.
Makes 2 servings.
