Fricasseed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. fat
    1 c. water
    2 small onions, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    milk
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup flour, 2 teaspoons salt and paprika.
    Coat chicken.
    Brown in hot fat.
    Add water, onions, bay leaves, celery, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, 1 hour or until tender.
