Chicken-Soy Stir-Fry(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced *
    1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces *
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 carrots, pared and thinly sliced
