San Antonio Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. packed torn spinach leaves
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 red bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
    1/2 c. thinly sliced small red onion rings
    1- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 c. Canadian bacon, cut into short, thin strips
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    Hard-cooked eggs, sliced or cut into wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, beans and bacon in large bowl.
    Combine picante sauce, dressing and cumin in small bowl; mix well.
    Pour picante sauce mixture over vegetables; toss lightly to coat with dressing.
    Garnish with eggs, if desired, and serve with additional picante sauce.
