8 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce (on bottom)
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (Birds Eye)
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 diced onion (small)
4 Tbsp. bacon bits
2 c. real mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar (sprinkle over top)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
tomato wedges (on top)
