Eggplant Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 medium eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet until hot.
    Mix flour and garlic salt; coat eggplant in this mixture.
    Cook over medium heat until golden brown, turning once.
    Pour half of tomato sauce into an ungreased 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add eggplant and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over eggplant; sprinkle with oregano and Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Will serve 4.
