Low-Fat Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 skinless chicken (cut up) or equal amount of parts
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
sprinkle of black pepper, poultry seasoning, basil
sprinkle of rosemary, sage, and thyme
no-stick cooking spray
Preparation

Place chicken in a plastic bag with all other ingredients. Shake to coat chicken completely.
Remove chicken from bag and place on baking sheet coated with no-stick cooking spray.
Also lightly spray top of chicken.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chichen is tender and golden brown.
