Stage Coach Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. prepared Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing
2 egg, slightly beaten
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine salad dressing and egg in a bowl.
Set aside.
Rinse chicken with water and drain well.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
Dip each piece in the salad dressing and egg mixture, then roll in cornflake crumbs.
Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish or pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to an hour or until tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
