Onion Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Pour over onion mixture.
Add cheese.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
