Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c cooked chopped chicken
2 c chopped celery
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 medium size jar pimentos
1 can salad olives or ripe olives
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 or 1 tbsp accent or may use sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 c grated cheese
2/3 c slivered almonds
1 1/2 c potato chips
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese, potato chops and almonds.
Place in large casserole top with the last three ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
