Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 caramels (about 10 oz.), unwrapped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
dash of cloves
Preparation

Melt all ingredients in the top of a double boiler.
Place over simmering water.
This takes about 1 hour.
Serve.
Keep caramel sauce warm by covering it on top of double boiler, placed over simmering water.
If sauce becomes too thick, add a small amount of water.
