Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops
    2 onions, peeled and sliced
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place chops in shallow baking dish.
    Arrange onions and peppers on top.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 covered 1 hour or until chops are tender. Serve with hot rice.
