Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add flour as necessary just enough so dough can be rolled.
Cut into circles with glass or cup.
Fill with mashed potatoes, meat, cheese, fruit or sauerkraut.
Fill half circle with filling, fold over and press edges together with fork to seal.
Drop into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Remove with slotted spoon.
Serve with melted butter and sauteed onions.
