Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes
2 large onions, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pickles
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. horseradish
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
2 garlic cloves, squashed
1/2 c. fresh minced dill
2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes and cube.
Combine with next 4 ingredients while potatoes are still warm.
Combine and whisk next 7 ingredients and pour over potatoes and vegetables.
Let sit several hours or overnight, tossing occasionally.
Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
