Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    hot buttered noodles
Preparation
    Coat beef strips with a mixture of 1 tablespoon flour and salt.
    In a skillet, brown beef strips quickly in 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine).
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove meat and mushrooms from skillet.
