Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cook sour cream and sugars until it reaches the soft ball stage (220\u00b0).
Beat with a spoon until it starts to thicken.
Add nuts and mix well.
Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Cut when cooled.
